Easy Deviled Eggs (Vegetarian)

Deviled eggs are a great hor d'oeuvre for any occasion, a small family dinner or a large gathering with friends!




Ingredients:


  • 7 eggs

  • 4 springs of fresh dill

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbs sweet relish

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbs mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey


Directions:


  • Boil the eggs medium hard.

  • Peel the eggs and cut in halves (14 pieces).

  • Take out the egg yolks and put in a bowl.

  • Put the egg halves on a serving plate.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the egg yolk bowl except for the dill.

  • Chop half of the fresh dill and add it to the rest of the mixture.

  • Mix together.

  • Take a sandwich sized zip lock bag and put the egg yolk mixture inside. Zip the bag and cut a tiny part of the bottom corner.

  • Squeeze mixture inside each egg white shells.


*You can garnish the deviled eggs with the leftover dill and paprika. If you don't like dill you should also replace it with fresh chives.
