Deviled eggs are a great hor d'oeuvre for any occasion, a small family dinner or a large gathering with friends!
Ingredients:
7 eggs
4 springs of fresh dill
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbs sweet relish
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Boil the eggs medium hard.
Peel the eggs and cut in halves (14 pieces).
Take out the egg yolks and put in a bowl.
Put the egg halves on a serving plate.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the egg yolk bowl except for the dill.
Chop half of the fresh dill and add it to the rest of the mixture.
Mix together.
Take a sandwich sized zip lock bag and put the egg yolk mixture inside. Zip the bag and cut a tiny part of the bottom corner.
Squeeze mixture inside each egg white shells.
*You can garnish the deviled eggs with the leftover dill and paprika. If you don't like dill you should also replace it with fresh chives.
